🇺🇸 LABOR DAY CLOSURE 🇺🇸

Just a reminder to all of our Scotty’s friends and customers — we will be CLOSED today, Monday, September 7, for Labor Day.

Our crew has worked incredibly hard throughout a busy and challenging summer, and we’re happy to give everyone a well-deserved day off to relax and spend time with their families. ❤️

We’ll be back Tuesday, September 8, ready to serve you during our normal business hours! 🍔🍟🥤

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Scotty’s Drive-In. We couldn’t do what we do without our great customers and our hardworking crew.

Great story about Scotty's founder and roots!

IDAHO FALLS — Decades before the south end of Idaho Falls was the center of commercial growth, U.S. Highway 91 — now known as Northgate Mile — was the city’s main business hub. In the early 1960s, the street was home to a variety of shops, including Scotty’s Drive In. The restaurant opened...

We’ve had several people frustrated lately that they’ve tried to come in after 8pm and we’ve been closed. While we understand that google may say we are open till 9pm, please call before you come in. We cannot control the hours that are posted on google. We are extremely short handed and there are days we will be closing around 8pm, on those days most of our employees will have been working all day.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, we greatly appreciate our customers and are trying our very best to maintain the quality and service you deserve.

*** We are hiring, must be over 16 and able to work nights and weekends. We’re closed Sunday.***

For more than 60 years, Scotty’s has proudly served our community, including many Independence Days. This year, however, due to ongoing staffing shortages and employee scheduling challenges, we’ve made the difficult decision to close on Saturday, July 4, to ensure our team can enjoy the holiday with their families and so we can continue providing the quality and service our customers expect.

As always, we’ll also be closed on Sunday, July 5.

We look forward to welcoming you back on Monday, July 6, during our normal business hours.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and most importantly supporting our family owned business for over 60 years.

We wish you and your family a safe, fun, and happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸🇺🇸

***We are OPEN 11am - 9pm***

We live in such uncertain times where freedoms, beliefs, and ideals are threatened. It is only through the valiant, brave, courageous, men and women who sacrificed all that they had and who they were, that has granted us these freedoms and liberties. They have served in our behalf, they have fought in our behalf, they have sacrificed in our behalf, they have died in our behalf and when they have served all they could, when they have fought all they could, when they sacrificed all they could, when they came face to face with death they defied it, it then becomes our duty to serve them, our duty to fight for them, our duty to sacrifice for them, our duty to make sure everything they laid their lives on the line for doesn't die! This day we give tribute to all of our servicemen who have fought for us and never forget the words of George Washington who said for "The willingness with which our young people are likely to serve in any war, no matter how justified, is directly proportional to how they perceive the veterans of earlier wars were treated and appreciated"
We at Scotty's would like to say thank you!
