Top Teer Coffee Co.

BIG progress behind the scenes today. 🩷☕️
We just cleared another major step and we are officially getting closer and closer to opening that window!

The espresso machine is in, the neon is glowing, and Top Teer is finally starting to look like the little coffee trailer we’ve pictured all along. 🐦✨

So much work has gone into getting here, and we are SO ready for what’s next.

✨ FIRST DRINK SNEAK PEEK ✨

Meet The Dilly Dally ☕️

A bold double shot of espresso swirled with rich dark mocha and smooth bourbon caramel, then topped with our signature Mocha Salted Honey Butter Cold Foam.

Sweet. Salty. Buttery. Chocolatey. Just the right amount of extra.

This one has been taste-tested, tweaked, perfected… and officially earned its spot on the Top Teer menu. 🤎

And this is only the beginning.

What do y’all think — would you order The Dilly Dally?

I visited so many businesses today and met so many great people who were so nice and supportive! We are so excited to get on the road, the final touches are all that are holding us back! If I didn’t make it to your store or business today and you WANT me to stop by so we can chat about the pink trailer coming to you for your customers, employees and anyone else who is in the area, message me or give me a call! We appreciate the community being so receptive to this new and exciting journey for our family! 🩷⚡️☕️

☕️ HAPPY NATIONAL COFFEE DAY! ☕️

We may not be rolling through town in the pink trailer just yet… but we are getting SO close. 🩷🐦

Behind the scenes, we’ve been testing recipes, dialing everything in, and getting ready for Top Teer Coffee Co. to finally hit the road.

And since it’s National Coffee Day… I think y’all deserve one little menu secret. 👀

One of my absolute favorites from all of the recipe testing has been a Mocha Salted Honey Butter Cold Foam — and when it hits a perfectly dialed-in espresso shot made with our locally roasted Opossum Coffee beans… whew. 🤌☕️

It is SO good.

I’ve been tweaking and perfecting it, and I’m pretty sure this one has officially earned a spot as one of our first signature cold foams. ✨

Now we want to hear from y’all:

What do YOU want to see on the Top Teer menu?
Favorite flavors? Dream latte? Cold foam ideas? Something you can never find anywhere else?

Drop it below 👇 because we’re still putting the finishing touches on this menu, and we want to know what y’all are hoping to see when that pink trailer finally rolls out. 🩷

And maybe I’ll leak another menu secret soon… 👀🐦

🩷 OUR FIRST OFFICIAL EVENT IS ON THE CALENDAR! 🩷

And honestly, we couldn’t have picked a more meaningful one to kick things off.

Top Teer Coffee Co. will be set up at the 8th Annual Hurley Huddle Stronger Together Breast Cancer Fundraiser 5K Walk on Saturday, October 24 at East Central High School! 🎀☕️

This one is especially close to our hearts. The little bluebird you see as part of Top Teer has a story behind her—she represents someone incredibly special to our family who battled breast cancer. So getting the opportunity to bring our little pink trailer, our coffee, and our bluebird to an event that supports local women fighting the same fight just feels right. 🩷🐦

We are SO excited to serve everyone, support an amazing cause, and officially get Top Teer out in the community!

And since this is our first scheduled event… we’re ready to fill that calendar! 👀
School events, ball tournaments, fundraisers, festivals, employee appreciation days, community events, private events—you name it. If you think a pink coffee trailer would make it better, holler at us. ☕️💗

📍 East Central High School Track
📅 Saturday, October 24
🎀 Registration: 8:00 AM
🎀 Walk begins: 9:00 AM

Come walk, support our local ladies, grab something good from Top Teer, and help make this one heck of a day. 🩷

I am so thankful for their partnership! Their friendship and knowledge has been invaluable on this journey! Lucedale Coffee House and Opossum Coffee Company are the best people and we are so happy to be partnering with them to serve locally roasted beans! But they have also been such a huge source of knowledge and experience that they have grown to be friends! I will forever be thankful that this opportunity was presented at the right time and allowed our local, community focused mission to come together seamlessly!
