I’ve come to the realization that I can no longer dedicate the time to compete after only 2 contests in 2017 and none this year it is time to move on. To all my BBQ friends it has been one hell of a ride…4 trips to “The Jack”, 4 GC’s, 1 RGC, and 2013 NEBS Rookie TOY. We had many laughs, good times, and memories that will not be soon forgotten. I will still be around maybe as judge #6 or if anyone needs an extra set of hands now and then I’d be up for that too! I’m hoping to pass on some of the Mojo that I have been so graced to have over the last six years. I’m selling my Competition trailer, smokers, and other misc. equipment listed below. I would love for it to go as a complete package and maybe a new team starting out.

2008 Thule all aluminum trailer 12’ X 6.5’ X 6’8” tall $3000.00

• 2016 Fulton Fold-Away 5000 lb tongue Hinge Kit. I added 12” to tongue length the trailer can now be 90 degrees to truck without pinching
• 2015 Humphrey’s added floor supports to frame ( bought the “TANK”)
• 2015 new 4000 lbs axle , electric brakes, breakaway switch and battery
• 2013 I replaced all the exterior screws, glued the skin to the studs with silicone and riveted the skin. I also removed the interior 1/4’ plywood and replace it with 3/8 plywood also glued and riveted covered with white pvc panels.
This trailer is rock solid not a rattle to be heard!

First snow of the season and getting into the Christmas spirit we did some cold smoking at The Pits today! 3 kinds of cheese, Almonds, Peppered Nova Lox, and some salt! I made a smoke generator for my Humphrey's Smokers and loaded it with Mojobricks Mapple cubes The cheese and almonds where in for 3 hrs, and the Lox and Salt closer to 6 each load of Mojobricks lasted about 2hrs with a 10 cfm fan on my Cyberq set to 70 degrees the Humphreys starting temp was 35 degrees and after 6 hours of run time was still only 54.. Everything came out awesome!!
