So make sure you get your orders in during the weekday for an Awesome BBQ weekend without the cooking. Full Briskets are ONLY made upon advanced order within 3-5 days of the weekend. Individual orders of brisket can be made 1 day in advance. (such

as 2 servings of brisket or pulled pork)

Full Rack of Ribs are ONLY sold as a Full Rack. (No Indivdual Orders) Please order within 24 hours

Full Pulled Pork can be made upon advanced order withiin 3-5 days from the weekend. Indivdual order can be ordered within 24-48 ahead or if we have some avaiable. Because the all meat is Smoked it's cooking time can be a while. This is why we ask for at least a 24-48 hour notice. Most weekends you can message us to see what we do have on hand for individual orders or full orders. Jeff's Homemade Cheesecakes can be sold in a Full 10" pan or individual slices if we have on hand. Cheesecakes can be make within a 24 hour order or if we have on hand. Please message me for availablity.
