I’m so excited to share the final summer menu of 2026 with all of you! This menu is packed with fresh flavors and handcrafted meals that make eating well simple and delicious.

Summer is full of vacations, pool days, and busy schedules—but that doesn’t mean your health goals have to take a back seat. Consistency is what makes the difference, and having healthy meals ready to go makes it so much easier to stay on track.

Let’s be honest… it’s a whole lot easier to have someone else do the meal prep than to spend your own time planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning! That’s where Nourish’d by Brittany comes in. I’ll take care of the hard work so you can enjoy fresh, nutritious meals all week long.

This is the final week of our current menu, so if you’ve had your eye on a favorite dish or want to enjoy one more meal before the menu changes, now is the time to order!

I also wanted to let everyone know that Nourish’d by Brittany will be taking the week of July 5 off to recharge and spend some time with family. We’ll be back soon with fresh ideas and delicious new meals!
