Hey BBQ fans, it's a day to reflect, 3 years ago today 6/7 my nephew Jay's dream and life were taken from him. It is with Joy that today I'm taking Jay's BBQ to rehab!! Fitting occasion for the special day. I will be BBQ in Saturday just for friends and family,,come check out the new enhancements, would love to show it off!! The new door is in the works as well, hopefully by 4th of July we will be BBQ in in White Salmon for my Mom's birthday!! Hope all is well, cheers 🍻 👏

Hey BBQ fans, been a minute!!! Alot has happened in the last few months , life has a funny way of changing things. Our family is committed to keeping my nephew Jay's dream alive, he has inspired most all of us to be everything that we can be! Me as his Uncle have had an extremely hard time with everything related to his untimely departure. We got Jay's food truck for many reasons, 1 being able to keep it in the fam. 2 trying to validate our passion and desire to keep his prize close to us and in our possession. His focus on being a pit boss and BBQ master was only just beginning when the unfortunate thing happened and he was snatched from us. It makes me sick when I think about his last minutes on this earth, that was NOT the way this was supposed to go down. I've never met a man with more enthusiasm and vision in my life. He was a handful, YES. But passionate about his friends and family and zest for life! Some day I hope that I can truly come to terms with what happened that night!! As for the verdicts and sentences that were given, F**k both of you pieces of s**t!! And as my friend Shane said, I hope you burn in hell!!

I love to bbq, it was my Nephew Jason's passion and it's mine as well, me and my family have worked hard to make the best food that anyone could ask for and we all do it because it makes us happy and proud, and we want to continue to carry Jason's torch for bbq, family, and zest for life!! Live each day like it's your last!!! Hustle hard! We as a family unit WILL continue to carry on Jay's quest for creating the best food that we can and look forward to seeing all of our friends and family soon as we start up our season of bbq for friends and family this season!!

We are going to fire up some cherry in February!!! It will be Saturdays, this will be on private property, and only friends of ours are allowed!! We are asking for donations to cover the cost of goods, we do this for fun and to keep my Nephew Jason's dream and mine also, we love cooking the best bbq in the state?🤔😎👍🍻 I will post the dates soon, remember we are cash donations only and thank you for your support. I've perfected the "pork belly " and I think our ribs are by far the best I've eaten in the gorge. If you feel the same way, come join us for some pork godliness!!!! Until then....

Hey BBQ fans, Friday June 4th, 3:00 we are serving up baby back ribs, candied bacon, Armadillo eggs for dinner. Come join us at 3263 Mud Alley rd for some good old Texas Bbq.
