Hey y’all! Just wanted to throw a friendly reminder out there that we only have two more services left this year until we shut down for the winter and don’t reopen til mid March.

We’ll have heaps of food this Saturday and on our final day, 12/14. We’ve also been stocking the freezers with 4-packs of sausages and burgers for those cold winter nights.

Thankful for every one of y’all that has ever supported us and allows these three goobers to live our dream.

We’re here til 3pm today for all your holiday pick-up orders and we’ve got free hot cocoa, plenty extra sausages, smoked burger patties and some hot and crispy French fries with curry ketchup.

It’s sunny too, come say hey!

Reminder that if you pre-ordered Thanksgiving food, we will have it ready to pick-up at our food truck on Wednesday from 10am til 3pm.

We’ll have some extra gravy, sausages and French fries for fun too, so even if you didn’t pre-order you can still get some snacks. Cheers y’all!

If you’ve been hesitant to come see us bc of the long lines, this Saturday should be a great day to check us out! 85% chance of rain and not exactly warm weather, but we’ll still have brisket, sausages, mac & cheese and more to warm your bones! AND FREE HOT COCOA!

Plus you can take it all up to the covered patio at and sit inside a heated yurt or next to a big fire pit!

Not three four more bbq services this year until next March, come fill your tummies!

Thanksgiving Pre-Orders go live tomorrow at 9am! PLEASE NOTE, all food will be chilled and ready to reheat at home and available for pick-up on WEDNESDAY, 11/27 at our food truck here in Hood River.

The platters when some guy with a mullet says “gimme a bunch of meat for my birthday” and you say “how about this” and he says “my mullet is still hungry, gimme more” and you say “ok” and then make these platters.

One more day here at and today we’ve got smoked tri-tip!

Open at noon and going til we run out of chow. The first folks in line got here at 10am yesterday if that helps you plan. The line goes through the super cool Ruse space and you can sip on their delicious beers and listen to music while you wait. Or do the super pro move and order a Detroit pizza from them when you get here to snack on and warm up those taste buds before barbecue!
