The secret is officially out! We are going LIVE with our brand-new menu this weekend here at Jerome’s French Pacific Street Food, and you get the first taste!
Chef Jerome has been busy in the kitchen completely reimagining our menu blending classic French technique with the local Pacific Island flavors we all love.

Every single plate comes stacked with two scoops rice, our Okinawan sweet potato gratin, and a scoop of house-smoked ahi mac salad.
From there, pick your protein—or double down and add a second one if you can’t choose! Just let us know what strikes your fancy:

We officially made it to year one! 🎉 (And we just hit 1,000 followers?! You guys the BEST!)

Chef Jerome and Ali (that’s me!) have worked in culinary destinations all over the world, but honestly, building this business from scratch has been a completely different beast. The dedication and hustle it takes to keep adapting and evolving in an ever changing market with razor thin margins is VERY real- but hitting this milestone together is something we are incredibly proud of, both as a couple and small business owners.

We want to send a special thank you to our Ohana for supporting our dreams and believing in us from day one. Big Mahalo to our weekly market homes at Maku’u Farmers Market and Hilo Town Market , our vendor friends (who always somehow save us in a pinch!), and of course, our incredible customers! Chatting with you and hearing your stories each week is truly at the heart of why we do what we do.

We’ve loved serving up your favorite sandwiches, but Chef Jerome has a creative itch that needs scratching—and it’s time to switch it up.
In the coming weeks, Jerome’s French Pacific Street Food is transitioning from sandwiches to fully composed plates featuring multiple protein options and vibrant, French Pacific inspired sides.
This shift allows us to flex our culinary creativity, showcase more Big Island farmers and producers and lean further into our French & Pacific roots.

Follow along with us to stay up to date on the new menu and to see what kind of fun (and nonsense) we get up to next. Cheers to year one down!

It’s time to get activated! Join us for the final Activate Puna Town Party & Benefit Concert on Saturday, May 9 in Downtown Pāhoa.

The party runs 3:30-10:30PM, with Pāhoa Village Road transformed into an open air market full of local vendors and is free to walk through. The concert at the former Akebono Theater lot is a ticketed event and features a beer garden, live art, and fire dancing.

All proceeds support youth scholarships and beautification projects in Pāhoa.
