Why am I doing this? I’ve been working on this series for months because I believe cheese education shouldn’t be intimidating or exclusive. Whether you’re building boards at home for family gatherings, trying to impress guests at your next party, or simply want to understand what you’re buying at the grocery store, this series is for YOU.
My goal is to share everything I’ve learned through Ornery Olive—from visiting creameries to working with hundreds of different cheeses—so you can become more confident and creative with cheese in your own kitchen.
