Took The Yellow Duck Truck to the 2026 National Restaurant Association Show at McCormick Place this week — and let’s just say, we were not leaving hungry.

Plenty of samples, plenty of inspiration, and a full-on mission to find the kind of mobile catering equipment that helps us bring more upscale, chef-driven events to life.

From gourmet food truck service to elevated private catering, we’re always looking for ways to level up the experience and keep pushing what a mobile kitchen can do.

Big things are cooking. 🐥🔥

Season two kicks off this upcoming launch week and we’re pulling up with bold burgers, ducking good energy, and a lineup I’ve been ready to bring to life.

Been holding this one in and now it’s finally time… THE YELLOW DUCK TRUCK IS BACK FOR SEASON 2. 🐤⚡️🔥

We’re making our season debut April 24 at Sketchbook Brewing Company I’m beyond excited to bring this new energy, new menu, and new era of the truck to life.

We’ve been leveling up all offseason and it’s finally go time:
🍔 new bold fusion smashburgers
🍟 new beef tallow fries — now gluten free!
🌱 Shak Attack can be made vegetarian!
🥤 Goose Juice
🍰 Ube Matcha Cheesecake

And we’re not stopping there… we’ve got more extra special menu drops coming soon 👀

This one means a lot to me and I honestly can’t wait to see everyone pull up, catch a vibe, crack a drink, and kick off the season with us. Big flavor, loud energy, and a whole lot of ducking heat all season long.
