Parmesan Chicken Meatballs with Fresh Cashew Mozzarella. I’ve been thinking of making these for a few weeks now and it was a great meat side at the Thanksgiving table yesterday. I’ve been working with products and love that they have a shaved Parmesan. I thought the Organic Cashew Milk Mozzarella had good flavor and texture. It also oozed out a little so I could tell it melted well.
