🌸🥤 SOMETHING NEW IS BLOOMING AT SMOOTHIES PLUS AND EAST END FLOWERS!!!🍦💐
For quite some time, I’ve had a vision of bringing Smoothies Plus and East End Flowers & Gifts together under one roof — and that vision is finally starting to come to life!
First things first… Smoothies Plus isn’t going anywhere! ❤️
We will still be serving the smoothies and protein shakes you love, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream will still be here, and yes — we will still be serving Shipley Do-Nuts too! 🍩🍦🥤
But there’s another part of this dream that I am especially excited about…
🌷 A TRUE FLOWER MARKET EXPERIENCE — RIGHT HERE IN EAST END. 🌷
I want you to picture the beautiful flower markets you see in bigger cities — buckets and displays filled with fresh, colorful flowers, greenery and seasonal blooms. A place where you can walk in, look around, be inspired and choose flowers to create something of your own.
You won’t have to be a florist.
Maybe you just want something pretty for your kitchen table. Maybe you need flowers for a birthday, teacher, hostess gift or “just because.” Maybe you’re a DIY bride, planning a shower, hosting a party or putting together a special event and would love the opportunity to choose your own flowers.
And I don’t just envision this for East End.
My hope is that DIYers from surrounding towns and communities will make the drive here because they know they can find a beautiful selection of fresh flowers in one place. I want this to become the kind of flower market people hear about, plan a trip to and come back to again and again.
That is the experience I want to bring to our area. 💐
Fresh flowers that feel approachable. A place where you can browse. A place where you can create. A place that makes you want to stop in just to see what beautiful flowers came in that week.
And don’t worry — East End Flowers will absolutely still be a full-service florist. We’ll continue designing arrangements, sympathy flowers, wedding flowers and all the special pieces you already trust us with.
We’ll also continue carrying Rowe Casa products along with a select collection of gifts, so you’ll still be able to grab something special while you’re here. 🎁
As part of making room for this new chapter, we will no longer be offering tanning. The tanning beds will be sold, and that space will become part of the new flower market and shop.
I know putting a smoothie shop, ice cream shop, Shipley Do-Nuts, flower market and gift shop together may sound a little different — but that’s exactly what I love about it.
Imagine stopping in for a smoothie, a donut or a scoop of ice cream and leaving with beautiful flowers, Rowe Casa or the perfect little gift. 🌸🍩🍦🥤
I want this to become more than just a place to run in and make a purchase. I want it to be an experience — something fun, beautiful and a little unexpected for our community and the communities around us.
There is still a lot happening behind the scenes, and I’m sure the vision will continue to grow as we put everything together.
But this is where we’re headed…
