It’s a beautiful fall Saturday, the heaters are on, and we’ll have college football playing on the patio and in the bar all afternoon.

If you’re looking for a place to catch the games, come grab a Cheesesteak or a Double Wagyu Smash Burger, stop by and hand with us this afternoon.

The Carver’s Reserve is looking for an experienced, dependable Prep Cook to join our culinary team.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours, ideal for an experienced kitchen professional looking for a consistent schedule in a high-standard, fine-dining environment.

Qualified candidates MUST have:

• 3–5 years of relevant fine-dining experience
• Strong knowledge of health, sanitation, and food-safety standards
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently and independently
• A self-motivated, team-first attitude

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of proper preparation and organization, and wants to be part of a kitchen committed to consistency and quality.

The Carver’s Reserve is honored to help support this year's Hazleton UNICO Italian festival.

UNICO’s 18th annual Bell’ Italia Festival will be held on September 11, 12 & 13, 2026, at Community Park in Hazle Township. Look for our team to be front and center at the Spaghetti eating contest!!

Hazleton UNICO is a local chapter of UNICO National, the largest Italian American Service organization in the country, with a sole mission dedicated to helping those in need in our local community.

CASINO NIGHT STARTS AT 6 PM TONIGHT!

We’re transforming our outdoor patio into a mini casino featuring blackjack, roulette, money wheels, and poker tables — all while raising money for a great local charity.

And yes… IT’S COMPLETELY FREE TO ATTEND.

Your entry includes complimentary chips to play with, AND additional chips will be available for purchase throughout the night. Every dollar from those purchases goes directly to charity.

A few things to know before you come:
• No reservation is needed to play — come anytime after 6 PM.

We’re turning our outdoor patio into a full-blown casino for one night, and the best part? Every dollar raised goes directly to Community Services for Sight!

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about Casino Night, so we’re laying all the cards on the table.

HOW DOES CASINO NIGHT WORK?
We’re bringing in blackjack, roulette, money wheels, and poker tables and turning the patio into your own little slice of Las Vegas.
Your admission gets you complimentary chips to play however you wish. No experience necessary. No high roller status required. Just show up and have some fun!

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ATTEND?
NOPE. Casino Night is completely FREE to attend, and everyone receives complimentary chips when they arrive.
Want to keep playing? Additional chips will be available for purchase throughout the evening, and all proceeds will be donated directly to the charity.

CAN I HAVE DINNER ON THE PATIO?
NO. The patio is being transformed into Casino Night, so there will NOT be regular dining tables available.
We will have a bar where you can purchase drinks, along with a limited number of cocktail tables. Complimentary small bites will be served during the event as well

DO I NEED A RESERVATION FOR CASINO NIGHT?
NO. Come and go throughout the evening. No reservation is needed to participate.
That said, if we hit capacity, we may need to limit the number of guests in the casino area at one time.

I WANT TO EAT AT CARVER’S. DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
ABSOLUTELY YES.
We’re expecting a big crowd for Casino Night, so dining reservations will be prioritized that evening. If dinner at Carver’s is part of your game plan, make your reservation ahead of time.

ARE THERE CASH PRIZES?
NO. No cash prizes will be awarded. But don’t worry — there will be non-monetary prizes up for grabs throughout the evening.

DO I HAVE TO BE 21 TO ENTER?
YES. Everyone entering the casino area MUST be 21 or older. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted into the casino area for any reason.
