Despite everything we had hoped for, everything we had prayed for, and every possibility we held onto for the future of Twist'd Cup, we have had to make a final, incredibly hard decision to close our drive thru at end of business October 2, 2026
And honestly...our hearts are broken, but at this time health issues have to take precedence. And honestly, choosing that doesn't make this goodbye any easier. That is one of the hardest things to admit when you have poured yourself into something you love...a dream come true really.
But the most important part of the dream wasn't the coffee..it was you.
It was the familiar faces that became family. The customers who came to our window on their best days and their hardest days. The quick morning stops that turned into warm conversations. The smiles, the laughs, the encouragement, the celebrations, and even the days when a cup of coffee was just something small that helped make the day a little better.
We know many of you had hoped, just as we did, that there would be another way. We hoped, and thought we did, find someone to carry Twist'd Cup forward. We hoped there would be another chapter waiting for us. We fought for that possibility, but sometimes the plans we so deperately want and work for don't come to frutition.
You trusted us with your mornings, your afternoons, your coffee orders, your stories, and a piece of your lives..and we will forever be grateful. Because walking away from Twist'd Cup feels like walking away from a piece of ourself, we will miss the sound of the drive thru dinger. We will miss seeing the same familiar faces in our windows. We will miss knowing your orders before you even get to the window. We will miss the morning greeting that started with “I just need coffee” and turned into a conversation. We will miss the love and laughter within our four walls. We will miss creating ridiculous drinks and giving them ridicoulous names and we will miss the little moments with you that probably seemed ordinary at the time but has meant everything to us.
There are so many things I wish we could say to each of you individually. So many thank-yous that could never fit into one letter. Thank you for choosing us when you had so many other choices. Thank you for supporting a small business. Thank you for being patient with us through the growing pains and thank you for cheering us on when things were hard. Thank you for your patience in the drive thru when we were backed up into the road, trying our hardest to serve each one of you the very best we could. Thank you for making Twist'd Cup a true success story in our little community and …
Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives.
With broken, but very grateful hearts and more love than we could ever put into words,
Thank you for letting us serve you..
