Although these tasty wings are available every day (365 days), Thursday is Wing Night and pulls people of all ages, from all over the region. The record for most wings served from 6pm-11:30pm is 4,035 wings! The majority of our sauces are homemade by Angie Barber.

Let’s hope for no rain this weekend. This Saturday, June 13th racing returns to the Jefferson County Speedway. Racing will be the Jayhusker Non Wing, Winged, Restricted, Jr. Sprints and the Sportsman Micros. Plus the Jayhusker Mini Dirt Trucks.
Pricing Adults $15, High Students and younger $5, kids 5 and under are Free.  Grandstands open at six Pit gates open at 4:00 Pit passes are $30. Hot laps are at 6:30. With racing at 7:00. Races are Sponsored by the Salty Dog
