What a great weekend cooking out at the Daytona track this weekend. Met lots of great people and got to hang with friends I only see a few times a year. Food was different than what we normally do, ribeyes, pork loin, whole chickens and wings. Everyone put out some awesome food. Congrats to Mark Bower on his first Grand Champion and Jason Morrow and the 589 guys with 3rd overall and awesome food. Also my buddy Ugly Drum Smokers Florida always great getting to spend time together and getting all the food prepped for the public tasting event and so glad he brought out Dustin Herrick to support for the weekend always a blast and a huge congratulations to Kenny Hallam that sharpening guy doing his first contest and killing it and got to take home a bunch of awesome prizes and lastly Moses W Vega first time out to compete and finishing 8th overall it was great to see everyone and can’t wait to do it again next year. Also thank you so much to Bull and Boar Barbecue Shop Daytona Beach for putting this awesome event together and all the other sponsors for such a great event.

We had a great time at QUE For A Cure this weekend what a great event can’t wait for next year!
We finished out well some timeline tweeks needed.

The potluck on Thursday night hosted by Bearded Monkeys Twisted Q Ugly Drum Smokers Florida Slapulator BBQ Competition Team was fantastic looking forward to the next ones everything was so good and was nice to meet everyone and relax with great food.
Congratulations to everyone who got calls over the weekend see you guys in November in Davenport!
