Ever thought about starting your own food truck? Well, you’re in luck! Our Betty is FOR SALE and as sad as we are to see her go, we are just as excited to see what someone else can do with her to make their foodie dreams come true! She has a lot of life left in her and is a turn-key kitchen totally ready to rock!

Trust us, running a food truck is fun - and here are some photos to prove it! Not to mention, current food truck restrictions are loosening a bit in our county, creating exciting new opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. Use her for a daily pop-up lunch spot, farmers markets, concerts, weddings, and more!

Details: 1999 Diesel Freight-liner CHA truck. Turn-key fully equipped kitchen and fire suppression system. Self-contained with large water and propane tanks, a quiet generator, and a ton of prep and fridge/freezer space. DOUBLE oven (we did all of our baking in the truck!)

We are delighted to introduce and be working with Kayla Anderson of Wild Shrub Company. Kayla is part of a deep Idahoan lineage of harvesters and crafters of shrubs based in Richfield, ID!

What exactly is a shrub, you may be wondering…A shrub is a traditional fruit and vinegar concentrate made with natural sweetness, historically enjoyed as a daily tonic to support digestion and balance.

The folks over at the Wild Shrub Company, are carrying that tradition forward, crafting modern beverage enhancers designed to bring depth, brightness, and a sense of ritual to you every day.

Here at the cafe we will both be selling packaged shrubs for you to take and make at home (they make excellent gifts!), and also in-house beverages. Come on in and try a zingy Ginger Fizz or maybe a boozy (champagne) Blackberry delight!

As some of you may have noticed, we are expecting not one, but two 🫜 Baby Beets 🫜 to join our team this upcoming fall & we are all ecstatic about the news! That being said there are going to be upcoming changes around here including adjusted hours and occasional staffing updates.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this exciting time. Thank you for being part of our café family, we can’t wait to keep it growing.
