This is BBQ Ben the Baron of Beef 🍖! I'm by no means Betty crocker when it comes to baking. Lately we have been making banana 🍌 pudding 🍮 😋. However, our son CJ doesn't like bananas what a monkey. He said make something different with chocolate in it.
So I was thinking Mississippi mud pie starting looking at the directions and as a guy I was like that's too complicated 😕 baking is to precise for us guy's 🤔 😆 🤣.
Then I was like I need to pay homage to where we grew up. The home of Arbor Day and on the banks of the muddy mo.
A little fun fact the Missouri River is longer than the Mississippi River, and 15th longest in the 🌎 Starting in Montana and joining the Mississippi River in St Louis, MO. They become the 4th longest river basin in the world.

On to the recipe for the muddy mo Mud Pie

Take 1.5lbs of oreo grind up in a food processor
Put the oreos in the bottom of a half aluminum pan (easy cleanup)

Mix two (5) Oz packages of chocolate instant pudding, 4 cups whole milk, 1.5 cups sour cream.

Put the pudding mixture on top of the crushed oreo bedding. Then 1 container of cool whip onto the tip of the chocolate pudding mixture.

Then growing up in the Midwest up grew up in a church pew or a bar stool. There was always beer nuts around the bars.

Throw a cup into the food processor and grind away, then sprinkle on top of cool whip.

Let it refrigerator 1 hr.

Then enjoy!
