🎉 BIG NEWS for The Shoppes🎉

We are proud to announce that The Shoppes has been selected as one of six recipients of The Hartford Small Business Accelerator Grant Program, in partnership with Main Street America!

The Shoppes has transformed a previously vacant lot into a place where entrepreneurs can take a chance on an idea, launch a business, build a customer base, and prepare for their next big step, all while creating a vibrant gathering place in the heart of Guthrie.

Now, this grant will help us take that mission even further.

This funding will support structured professional development and business certification training, targeted regional marketing, and community-driven events designed to help our Shoppes businesses grow while continuing to support program alumni as they make the leap into permanent storefronts.

Our goal has always been bigger than filling seven little cottages.
It’s about building businesses that eventually outgrow them.

Every entrepreneur who launches at The Shoppes, grows their business, and moves into a permanent Guthrie storefront creates room for another entrepreneur to begin their journey.

We are incredibly grateful to The Hartford and Main Street America for investing in that vision and recognizing the work happening right here in Downtown Guthrie.
