Our Loaded 3-Egg Omelet has everything you need to tackle the day: onions, peppers, spinach, tomato’s,Colby Jack, your favorite meat, and a generous pour of warm queso to top it all off. (Go ahead and ask for jalapeños if you like a little morning spice like I do! 😉🌶️)
