Goood morning everyone!! “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT”
Is finally here! ⬇️

After so much prayer we have decided to pack up our antiques and head back to the farm…well kind of!

Most of you know between the two of us Halle and I will have four babes under 4 years old in the next few months! We like to keep our little ones close and having a shop open to the public in this season of our lives isn’t doable! So here’s what’s next for us!!

1. ⭐️LIVE SALES WILL GO ON! ⭐️We will continue to host weekly live sales from the farm just like our customers are used to!!

2. One day the dream is to open a shop out in the pasture where you can visit us by appointment only!

3. We are going to get to travel more now!! Yay! That means good pickings for all of you! We will be taking you along on all of our trips and adventures to find beautiful antiques while wrangling our little helpers. Something we are going to focus on is upping our social media game!! Stay tuned for YouTube videos and a website to come.

We are absolutely so thankful for our vendors and this community of so many friends!! We have prayed that all of you will stick with us as we transition to this next season! We are so excited to use all of our creativity and love of old things while still getting to be the best moms that we can be!!

The Phillipsburg MO “Route 66 Antiques and Coffee” store front will officially be closed November 21st to customers to give our vendors time to sell out their spaces! Be looking for sale events going on at the shop until then!!

I was not able to cover this shop today on my trip to Jefferson City Missouri but wanted to give them a shout out!
ZIMPORIUM was closed today but had asked us to stop by and offered a tour which was very gracious. We were running late and didn’t make it there.
Something impressed me about this shop owner today even though we didn’t meet let me tell you why.
When someone mentions a shop to me to visit the first thing I do is go to their page, check out their pictures to see how many antiques they have posted, since that is what my page promotes. When I pulled up posts and pictures of Zimporium It was easy to see how passionate this business was in helping support the other area shops as well as her own. I admire this quality so much it is simple to me when one shop succeeds in Missouri we all succeed. The more successful shops you have in an area or state the more visitors/customers come.
Supporting Missouri Antique Shops is what I do and today I saw a group of shops (Cotter Pin Cellar also) supporting each other!! Great job!!!!
I can’t wait to meet you on my next trip!

The third shop/mall we visited today in Jefferson City Missouri was
DOGWOOD VINTIQUES,
this shop has two stories and is its own Antique destination!
Dogwood Vintiques has a mix of Antiques and Vintage items as their name suggests, but they also have home decor, boutiques and a whole section of products made in MISSOURI, which as a Missourian I love!

Antiquing in Missouri loves supporting small businesses in Missouri and you can easily do that by not only shopping at this Missouri Mall but in the “made in Missouri” section of the mall!

When you go to this mall you will want to give yourself at least an hour to cover it all. I came home with a few treasures and my friend Pam and I had a great girls day out searching for treasures!

Dogwood Vintiques Mall and the other shops we highlighted today ( Yellow Moon & Cotter Pin Cellar Zimporium 1966) makes a great roadtrip adventure to our beautiful capital of Missouri, JEFFERSON CITY!

Our second stop in Jefferson City Missouri was The Historic
YELLOW MOON ANTIQUE MALL, Gift Shop and Mini Museum!
We stop at this mall each trip through Jefferson City Missouri, they have a good selection of quality Antiques and Vintage items and we always find treasures to purchase! They have a great showcase area that is always fun to shop! They have two store mascots, (standard poodles) that are very loving and sweet they roam the store making new friends we always enjoy seeing them! The owner is very knowledgeable and while we were shopping a customer came in and said, I have heard you are great to deal with and he is right we have always had a good experience at this shop! This shop is a good one to choose when planning a road trip! Jefferson City has several shops making it a wonderful Antique destination! Antiquing in Missouri made a road trip today to Jefferson City, Missouri!
First stop:
COTTER PIN CELLAR
This shop was decked out with the magic of Christmas! If Christmas is your favorite holiday you will love how they have transformed the shop for the holidays!
This shop is well organized and clean it has a mix of home decor with Vintage, Antique and a few Retro items. Each booth decorated in an inviting and attractive style.
The Cotter Pin Cellar has a wonderful supply of Fiesta ware! You will see in my pictures the many pieces of Fiesta they carry.
The Owner is very welcoming and accommodating she is very proud of her Shop and the Jefferson City area!
She also recommended other shops in the surrounding area, she wanted to make sure my trip to Jefferson City was enjoyable and it was! Thank you so much!
