It isn’t food that was simply inspired by Thailand. It comes from someone who knows Thai food because it’s part of who she is.

Every dish carries the flavors she grew up with—the balance of sweet, salty, sour, spicy and savory that makes authentic Thai cooking so special. The sauces, seasonings, herbs and recipes aren’t trying to imitate Thai cuisine. They come from Thai tradition.
