This has got to be the saddest thing to see and I know it has to be the hardest thing a mother and a family could go through. From one day planning a young man's 18th birthday then 2 days later planning his funeral.

I spoke to his mom shortly after her leaving the funeral home and I heard the pain I'm trying to make something happen with my words and I was at a loss for words.... So I said "hello I will not ask you how you are because I feel it and I don't even know him but I thought if I lost my son . I'm sorry for your loss I'm praying for you and your family!

This young lady Batista DaBody needs our help to send him home. Yes I know a lot say we should have this and that but just getting by making a living is hard enough so please find my post to his go fund me link and send $5 if we can get 2000 ppl so send it will be a blessing and a burden lifted of her family on these trying times.

I like to start by saying thanks to all of the people that supported me and this dream of mine to feed the world ❤️🌍 I’ve enjoyed this journey of feeding & loving my family in Greenville NC, where I'm from.

Thank God for allowing me to birth LookAtDatDer Soul Food & Social House and follow my dream.

I would like to say a special thanks to my mom, Vickie Hawkins. You always showed up and clocked in no matter how you felt. Thanks for the blood sweat and tears we shared here at 411 Deck St! Thank you for believing in me and helping me do better. 🥰
