Just because something isn’t explicitly listed on the menu doesn’t necessarily mean I can’t make it. In fact, custom requests are one of my favorite parts of what I do! 🥰

Whether you have a specific flavor, theme, baked good, treat, or an idea you’ve been dreaming up, send it my way! If I can make it happen, I’d love the opportunity to create it for you.

I genuinely get excited when you ask me to make something I haven’t tried before! Whether it’s a new flavor, a different technique, a custom design, or something completely outside my usual menu—I LOVE the challenge! 🧁🍪🍫

And can we talk about how CUTE these chocolate molds are?! 😍🍫 These are just a test run, so the colors aren’t quite right yet, but seeing this custom request start to come together has me SO excited! I can already picture the finished product, and I cannot wait to see it all come together. 🥰

This is exactly why I love customer requests. They push me to step outside my comfort zone, learn new techniques, test recipes, refine my processes, and continue growing my skills. And honestly, that makes me a better baker and a better makery for you. ❤️

Time off has given me a little time to reflect on the current PGM menu. Some items are brand new, while others have been around for a while—and one thing about me and PGM is that I LOVE feedback! ❤️

Your feedback helps me adjust my processes, improve recipes, and continue growing into the makery I want PGM to be.

So, with that being said… our drop cookie menu is going to be temporarily unavailable. 🍪

I’m sorry if this causes an inconvenience for anyone who was hoping to order them, BUT I truly want every product on our menu to be the absolute best I can offer. That means sometimes we have to take a step back, make some changes, and come back even better!👀✨

I’m so thankful for the little break, the time to reset, and especially the time to reflect on PGM and what I want to continue bringing to you. ❤️

It has been an incredibly busy few days here at Pleasant Gap Makery, and my little family is so grateful for every single order. ❤️ Thank you for supporting this small business—it truly means the world to us!

The bagels have been an absolute hit! 🥯 These photos don’t even include a couple of orders, and there are even more heading out today!

I still have a little availability for sourdough and cupcake orders for Sunday through Tuesday, so if you’ve been craving something fresh, now’s the time to reach out!

As a reminder, the Makery will be closed August 12th–21st. If you know you’ll need an order after we return—or even a month or two down the road—don’t hesitate to get your name on my calendar. Booking ahead is the best way to make sure I can fulfill your order!

🍂 CINNAMON RAISIN BAGELS ARE HERE! 🍂

Well, they’re officially available! 🎉 And let me tell you…these bagels made me WORK for it! 😂

Did you know cinnamon is naturally anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial? Those properties also mean it can interfere with the bulk fermentation of sourdough—which meant I had to do a little recipe/process experimenting to make these delicious cinnamon raisin bagels possible without sacrificing that soft, chewy bagel texture. 🥯🤎

And now they’re ready to make their way into YOUR kitchen!

📅 Orders are filling up FAST! I still have a few spots available before our upcoming closure and some available after I return, but we’re already getting close to a week out for order fulfillment.
