Did you know I do monthly bakery boxes? It gives me a chance to test bakes, be creative and share the love.

Black Forest Sweet Roll
My sourdough roll made with cherries and a chocolate filling. Finished with cherry buttercream

Peach Cobbler Scone
Trying out scones for my Saturday pop-ups I think they turned out alright!

S’mores Cookie
New cookie! My family’s favorite dessert in s’mores so I needed to make a cookie inspired by them.

Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough
My favorite sourdough bread, Toast it and have it with butter.

Salted Honey Twice Baked Croissant
I’m currently trying to figure out croissants to add them to my menu. These were underproofed but I always wanted to try twice-baked croissants and this was the perfect opportunity. I can’t use tradition frangipane as a cottage bakery so this will be a different than typical
