We built the table. Stephanie Rae Photo captured every single layer of it, and these photos honestly stopped us in our tracks when we saw them.

Our very first Knife to Table wedding. Cruwood’s inaugural wedding, and a couple who trusted us completely to bring their dream to life.

✨ Our first official Knife to Table wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better stage. 🍇

Inaugural wedding at Cruwood in Grand Blanc. 115 guests. One 12-foot grazing table built from scratch with nothing but good food, a whole lot of grapes, and a vision.

Here's what we brought to the table, literally:

🧀 Artisan cheese board with aged cheddar, gouda & havarti.
🥩 Cured meat display with prosciutto, capacola, genoa salami & soppressata
🍑 Peach, honey & burrata bruschetta
🍓 Strawberry balsamic bruschetta with ricotta
🍅 Caprese skewers with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomato & basil
🐟 Smoked salmon & dill cream cheese tea sandwiches
🥒 Cucumber & herbed cream cheese tea sandwiches
🐓 Cranberry walnut chicken salad cucumber cups
🍄 Parmesan cream stuffed mushrooms
🥓 Bacon wrapped dates
🥚 Assorted mini quiche
🥦 Fresh crudité with hummus & green goddess dip
🍇 An absolutely ridiculous amount of grapes (bride's request 👑)
🫙 House jams, fig preserves, whole grain mustard & honey
🍞 Artisan breads, baguettes & assorted crackers
🍓 Fresh seasonal fruit, strawberries, blackberries & more

Every item hand-placed. Every tray intentional. Every detail built to feel like a European garden party in the middle of a Michigan summer.
