Here's my start.

We’ve heard the rumors, so we want to speak directly to our community.

3C Grill is currently working through a financial restructuring designed to strengthen the business and position us for the future. Restructuring does not mean we are closing our doors. We are open, serving our community, booking catering events, and continuing to move forward.

Like many small businesses, we have faced some difficult seasons. We are making necessary changes, simplifying where needed, and working hard to build a healthier and more sustainable 3C Grill.

The best way to support us is simply to come in, enjoy a meal, bring a friend, order takeout, or consider us for your next catering event.

We’re grateful for everyone who has supported 3C Grill through the years. We remain committed to our employees, our customers, and the community we call home.

We’re still here—and we’re working toward what comes next.
