Thank you to everyone who competed, to those who voted and tasted, to all of our guest judges (for judging and donating awesome auction items!), to Joe Valeri for the live music, and to our staff for all their hard work to coordinate a SOLD OUT event!

This weekend! Join us for Cocktails & Crafts during@upstateartweekend!

Join us for a relaxed craft circle during happy hour. Enjoy live music, libations, and food from our farm while crafting to your heart's content! 🩷 Basic supplies are provided (think embroidery thread, textile collage materials, simple weaving, fabric pom-poms), or you can bring your own project to work on!

Your first farm fresh cocktail (choice of "Pom Pom Pidou" or "Elderberry Berry Berry Good") or mocktail is included in your ticket price.

And! Our 2026 artists-in-residence will be there, too, showcasing work they have created so far during the Midseason Showcase Reception. It'll be an awesome night of creativity and connection!!

About the host: Jenny Torino (.torino) is an interdisciplinary artist who combines art and science to increase one’s knowledge and appreciation of living things and the ecosystem. She primarily uses fibers such as felted wool, textiles, yarn, and paper mâché to create outdoor interactive spaces and sculptures and paintings. Jenny observes and works slowly leading to hyperfocus on shape, form and color; focusing on these details becomes a meditation. She hopes her work kindles curiosity and motivates people to look closer at their surroundings and themselves.

🇫🇷 Join us on Sunday, July 12th for our fourth annnual Bastille Day Pétanque Tournament! 🇫🇷

The tournament starts at 12pm sharp. Merguez sausages will sizzle on the grill, and traditional French style Pastis will be a plenty in addition to our regular menu and cocktails!

Register your team of three for $30 and get ready to show off your skills on the pétanque court. If you're feeling extra spirited, feel free to show your panache and unity with a team uniform and name.

Beginners are welcome! Don't worry if you've never played before - we'll teach you the rules and get you started! Pétanque is a great game for all skill levels.

Prizes will be awarded to the winning team!

If pétanque is not your thing, no need to register, but come join us as a spectator! Cheer on your favorite team, enjoy refreshments, scrumptious sausages and soak up the lively atmosphere of the tournament.

During this year’s , we are celebrating art in all its forms!

Miss Maybell & Her Ragtime Romeos, whose sound brings together the warmth and energy of early American jazz traditions, will be performing on Sunday, June 28.

This afternoon concert is generously sponsored by community members Hildegarde and Bob Quinn. We are deeply grateful for their ongoing support and generosity!

Admission is donation-based, and all proceeds go towards our Fresh Food for All program, which combats food insecurity by supplying fresh, nutritious produce to our local food pantry.

Space is limited, so please RSVP! All ages are welcome. The cash bar will be open, and food will be available for purchase.

Chicken wire and morning glories, reimagined by 2026 artist-in-residence Bam in their piece entitled "Onism."

Onism /ON-iz•um/ • noun • The frustration of being stuck in just one body, one place, one life, when the world is so vast.

"I am thinking about how our bodies become cages. Caged by our physical form, by gender, by societal expectations, by race, by religion, and by ourselves.

Chicken wire when used in practical ways is often for containment. This self portrait is a representation of that containment and breaking free of it. Flowers will grow up, through and out of it, blooming and expanding. Within us all there is this expensiveness that we need to release and let bloom.

As a child I often felt constrained by my assigned gender and the expectations it placed on me. I found my solace wandering through the woods, barefoot, sitting in the creek letting the water flow around me. This is where I felt held, embraced, limitless, able to be who I was/am.

I was raised by Mother Nature. She is in me."

👩‍🌾 Farmers' Update

Big week on the farm! We officially have a new walk-in cooler!

This is HUGE for us - it more than doubles the amount of refrigerated space we have on the farm. This means we can grow more flowers, store root crops long into the winter, and harvest more efficiently throughout the season. We were so excited to get it up and running this week.

Big shout out to the delivery driver, Sean, who very impressively backed this 30' long container into place in a very tight space on the first try!
