Visiting The Culinary Institute of America was more than a visit , it was a reminder of why I fell in love with this profession.
As a proud Le Cordon Bleu graduate, walking through this remarkable campus brought back memories of long days in the kitchen, endless learning, and dreaming of the chef I hoped to become
One of the highlights was dining at The Bocuse Restaurant, where CIA students create an exceptional experience, from the precision of the back of the house to the elegance of the front of the house.
Watching their passion reminded me of something I still believe today:
“The day we stop learning is the day we stop growing.”
Thank you, CIA, for the inspiration, the memories, and for celebrating the next generation of chefs.
