Due to the cold weather and the inability to properly heat the inside of the pizza truck we will be closed Friday, Jan 12th through Sunday, Jan 14th.

We hate closing but also hate the thought of our staff having to be outside! Thank you all for your understanding! Stay warm and drink beer

The food truck is new but one item that has been a clear favorite to start is our garlic knots with a side of red sauce or our house made ranch.

Perfect shared or all to your own. Made fresh daily we reheat to order creating a perfect balance of a soft and chewy inside and slightly charred and crunchy outside.

Happy Thanksgiving All!

Millville @ 7Seas will be closed Thanksgiving Day but back open for regular hours Friday, 11/24. If you are looking for a place to grab a pint or 6-pack taproom in the harbor is open 8 am - 2 pm Thanksgiving Day.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing project, for the new friends we have made and for all that lie ahead.

We love our pizza, but are falling in love with our panini sandwiches, especially this Reuben!

Made with fresh daily baked bread, house thousand island, corned beef, sauerkraut, smothered with melted gruyere - this guy pairs perfect with a beer on the deck, sun in your face overlooking the harbor!

We are so excited to announce our new wood fired pizza truck is finally operational beautiful new taproom along the waterfront of downtown Gig Harbor.

Open daily starting at 11 our menu will feature wood fired pizzas, panini sandwiches made with homemade breads and lite bites perfect for a group sitting around, conversing, and enjoying a beer (or two…)

We are beyond privileged to have been given this opportunity to partner with a business that we have greatly admire and have enjoyed over the years and cannot wait to see where this journey takes us!
