We decided to extend our hours and have since sold out of biscuits and gravy. We would like to thank everyone who visited and supported us this weekend. We appreciate your patronage.

As the 30th annual Pickin' On The Plains comes to a close, we will be serving hot coffee and biscuits and gravy this morning, from 7:00 to 11. or until we were out.

Within the next few hours, we will have both trailers fully set up at the 30th Annual Pickin’ On The Plains.
We open the windows open at 5:00pm

We anticipate your presence tomorrow at the Colby fairgrounds. Do not miss the 30th annual Pickin’On The Plains Bluegrass Festival, and relish some remarkable food.  tomorrow we will start from 5 PM till 10 PM.

This week, we will be set up at the Thomas County Fairgrounds in Colby for Pickin' On The Plains. Both trailers will be present, although the dessert trailer will not operate on Sunday.

Our hours of operation are as follows:
Friday from 5-10,
Saturday from 7:00am-10:30am for breakfast (biscuits, gravy, and coffee) and 11:00am-10:00pm for our regular menu,
Sunday from 7:00am-11:00am for breakfast.

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone that came out and supported us last night and definitely want to thank Landon Ritter for allowing us to be apart of it all
