Organic Sumatra Gayo is here! It is lighter bodied than the Sumatra Mandheling you typically find at the grocery store, and holds up well to all levels of roasting. The light roast has delicious caramel undertones, the medium a hint of bourbon, and the dark almost toasted marshmallow! I have all three roast profiles available right now in 12oz whole bean bags. Coming soon....Organic Sumatra!!!! I just placed my order and can't wait to see what I can do with this varietal. This one holds a special place in my heart because the first coffee I shared with my husband, (first date--just four short years ago), was an Organic Sumatra. I'll post on here once it has arrived!

Where does your coffee come from? (The top shelf at the grocery store?!) We source our small quantities of Fair Trade Organic beans from seasonally specific regions, and can trace them to specific co-ops within the country of origin. Our green coffee is always the freshest available and roasted to order!
