Well I was batting a 1000, pulled into Johnny's running on time, trailer leveled up and then stupidity kicked in. So I had to leave and come back home to fix my stupidity! Its okay I'll get my issue resolved, I just won't be able to get my mistake corrected in time to set up today at Johnny's Fireworks. But I'll be back on track for Friday for breakfast and lunch/supper! Sorry for not being able to be on location today!

PhatPhil's SmokeHouse will be set up tomorrow (Wednesday) at Johnny's Fireworks Hwy 321 at the state line. 7am -7pm y'all come get some breakfast, some lunch or supper!

I will NOT be setting up today at Johnny's Fireworks. One important detail that I overlooked, NO POTTY (Johnny's is closed) and that's a must have. So I will use the day for maintenance on the trailer and truck and restocking. I'm sorry for my oversight! Thank you all for your patronage and I look forward to seeing y'all soon. Phat.

Good morning all! Everyone wants to know when PhatPhil's SmokeHouse will be hitting the streets in and around Gaston county. We'll here is the word on it. We have to wait a bit longer for some legalities, and I met with the lady that runs the commissary that I have to have as well as a conversation with the health man that does my inspection for licensing. I have some serious and costly upgrades that I need to make. So with that being said it's time to get to work. Baby Phat will pass code just fine. However Opal needs the most work and Goliath needs stainless steel cooking racks. Its going to take most of the summer to accomplish this task but I'll get it done. So for now no street corners only private party events. I am going to sell sponsorship spots that will put your business logo or "Official BBQ of" logos on the trailer for a 1 year term. So hit me up if interested and I will see you on a street corner near you soon! Thanks and love y'all PhatPhil!
