I’ve realized in the 4 years I’ve owned my truck, I’ve never introduced myself and most people don’t even know I’m the owner because I tend to hide out on the truck and keep my head down and work (unless I’m spinning cotton candy) so hey I’m Alyssa, single mom of 3, I have been baking and cooking creatively ever since I received my first easy bake oven. I designed the inside of my truck by myself with no experience and I have to say I did a pretty good job. Serving people with food has always been a joy of mine and my favorite part of my business is showing up at a private event and see the excitement on all the kids (and adults) faces. I have the best family, friends, and employees that have come beside me to help my dream become a reality! (Along with God) Feel free to introduce yourselves and include something you’d love to see me add to the truck or something you already love!! Also, I’m bad at social media!!!!!
