The DeKalb County Domestic Violence Task Force is hosting our 2nd Lunch N' Learn session of the year on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 12-1PM. "A Day in Their Shoes: Safety Planning & DV Simulation" will be presented by TC Spellman from the YWCA Northeast Indiana.

This Lunch N' Learn session is perfect for you if:

💜 You are trying to safely escape a DV situation.
💜 You are helping someone else leaving a DV situation.
💜 To learn more about what DV actually is.
💜 If you have a hard time understanding the question, "Why won't they just leave?!" (This simulation will open your eyes!)

All of our Lunch N' Learn sessions are free and open to the community! Come and enjoy a delicious lunch, meet some Task Force members and learn something new about domestic violence. All you have to do is reserve your seat with the link below:
