The Food Truck Rally went well last night, but I made too much BBQ and potato salad. Let me take care of a weekday dinner for you! The BBQ also freezes great. Send me a message or email if you're interested in BBQ and potato salad!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the day! Pig Pickin' is making our big debut at the FoCo Food Truck Rally! We're a little nervous, but only because we hope that you love Eastern NC-style BBQ as much as we do. There will be the usuals: traditional pork and turkey BBQ, mouth-watering pork belly, tofu for our veggie friends, sides made with love, including hush puppies. Hoping to see some familiar faces and make some new friends!
