Lima is honored to work with tat2goodboy , a local tattoo artist from Fort Collins, CO, on this limited edition collection.

“Tattoos made with love for love. Love of designs passed down over and over and over. Pen to paper, needle to skin. You can get lost in the weeds, creativity, motivation, and the meaning of it all. Sometimes you just need to immerse yourself with what came before everything’s been done so I keep at it.

Inspired by the past from Percy Waters, Rosie Camanga, to Ed Hardy. I’m excited to make something for my favorite creative space (aside from FORT COLLINS TATTOO ) Lima Coffee. Hours spent drawing, researching references, hanging with the homies, all while drinking high quality caffeine. If permanence isn’t your thing, or you ran out of room grab one of these, you’ll be cooler for it.”

We thought that pumpkin was the flavor of the season but you guys proved us wrong 😆.

We brought back the SALTED MAPLE latte and we have sold almost double than the amount of PSL’s at all three of our cafes!

11:11 espresso, local Morning Fresh Dairy Farm milk, organic maple syrup and a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt®

📣 We are thrilled to announce that the “Don Alvaro Blandon” coffee, our first direct trade offering, has been awarded HONORABLE MENTION for the subcategory of “experimental filter” in the 2026 US & Canada Global Coffee Awards!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to compete this year and to do so with such an amazing coffee. We’d like to thank Rebecca Blandon, Stemma Craft Coffee, and all the employees at Finca La Misericordia for producing this incredible lot and prioritizing quality at the most important level of the supply chain: the farm. We are lucky to have the chance to grow this relationship. You can be sure to see them in our line-up for many seasons to come.

What does this mean? Well–it means you should definitely buy a bag and see what the judges thought was worth the HONORABLE MENTION! We love this coffee for its clean, crisp, mouth-watering profile. With flavors that remind us of strawberry jam, bright citrus, sweet florals and white chocolate. This coffee was mentioned for filter coffee, but we think this coffee has versatility that is worth trying on any brewing method! We even have it on light roast espresso in all 3 of our cafes located in Fort Collins, CO. Stop by and try it for yourself!

Congratulations to Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters from Lakewood, CO for winning BEST ROASTER in the US & CANADA this year!! We are so proud to be representing Colorado alongside such an incredible roastery.

✨Available to purchase with the link in our bio.

🏅We are thrilled to announce that the Wilder Garcia Geisha from our Microlot Collection has been awarded GOLD MEDAL for the subcategory of “washed filter” in the 2026 US & Canada Global Coffee Awards!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to compete this year and to do so with such an amazing coffee. We’d like to thank WILDER GARCIA for producing this incredible microlot and prioritizing quality at the most important level of the supply chain: the farm. We’d also like to thank Genuine Origin and Volcafe for sourcing this microlot and bridging the gap between producers and our family owned business right here in Fort Collins, CO.

What does this mean? Well–it means you should definitely buy a box and see what the judges so clearly thought was worth the GOLD MEDAL! We love this coffee for its clean, vibrant fruit-forward acidity that reminds us of green grape, honeysuckle, apple, strawberry, and orange blossom. This coffee won its medal for filter coffee, so we recommend trying it out on drip or pour over. It is also available to try on pour over at any of our 3 cafes in Fort Collins, CO. Come and try it for yourself!

Congratulations to Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters from Lakewood, CO for winning BEST ROASTER in the US & Canada this year!! We are so proud to be representing Colorado alongside such an incredible roastery.

Lastly, stay tuned for more thank you’s for another award winning coffee from this year’s competition.
