We’re soaking up the last of market season! This weekend marks our final Summer Farmers Markets at the Foothills Mall and in Timnath, so come grab your favorite agua before the season officially ends.

But we’re not slowing down just yet! We’ve got some fun October events coming up next weekend, including NoCos biggest Trunk or Treat at the Holiday Twin and Fort Collins annual Open Streets day! 🇲🇽🌺

TASTE OF FORT COLLINS FLAVOR DROP

The weekend is HERE, and we’re coming to Taste of Fort Collins with all of our flavors, plus our highly requested horchata! And because you all kept asking for a bigger agua, we listened!

Starting this weekend, we’re officially adding a new Large 32 oz size to our menu. More agua, more room for FoCo Loco, and one less reason to wish you had ordered a bigger one!

This event will always be extra special to us. Taste of Fort Collins was where we launched FoCo Aguas Frescas last summer, and now we’re coming back another year stronger, busier, and more grateful than ever for how much this community has supported us.

We know it probably feels like we’ve been a little MIA this month and hard to track down, but we promise, we’ve been here! Just very, very booked and busy. 🌺

September has been full of private events, weddings, corporate bookings, and so many special celebrations we’ve been lucky enough to be part of. It’s been such a fun month, and somehow our busy summer season is already starting to wind down.

But we miss seeing all of you!

This weekend, we’ll be back at Taste of Fort Collins, which feels like such a full-circle moment for us. Taste kicked off our very first summer season last year, and now it’s helping us close out this one.

And don’t worry, we’re not disappearing for the winter. We’ll be back at the Winter Farmers Market again this year, plus we have a few other events, pop-ups, and locations in the works.

An updated event schedule is coming soon, and we seriously cannot wait to see all of your faces again.

Thank you for keeping us so busy, for inviting us into your celebrations, and for continuing to show so much love to this little aguas frescas dream of ours! 🌺💯🇲🇽

Hispanic Heritage Month is here!

Fort Collins Aguas Frescas was started by a young Latino couple, with family roots in Mexico and El Salvador, wanting to create something that was special, celebrated our culture, and full of corazón.

Some of our favorite parts of this journey has been watching someone try an agua fresca for the first time and seeing their face light up or when someone takes a sip and immediately says, “This tastes just like how my mom used to make it.”

Those moments mean everything to us and remind us exactly why we started.

And we know we are not the first to do this.

Long before our cart, our logo, or our little business existed, generations of Latino vendors were out there selling food and drinks, building something with their hands, feeding their communities, and creating opportunities for their families. So much of what we get to do today was made possible because people before us kept showing up, often without the recognition, resources, or support that small businesses like ours can access now.

We carry a lot of gratitude for that.

We’re proud to be part of that tradition in our own way, and incredibly thankful for every person who has supported us, showed up for us, learned about aguas frescas, brought their friends back, booked us for their celebrations, and treated our culture with love and respect.

So this Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrate with us, but remember to stand with us too.

Support Latino-owned businesses. Learn our stories. Make space for our culture all year round.

Thank you for letting two Latino guys with a dream build something rooted in where our families come from and creating that version of home right here in Fort Collins. 🌺🤍

We’re out at The Prospect today from 11–3 for their Block Party to celebrate their hard launch! Huge thank you to The Prospect for booking us and having us out. It has been a great day so far!

And a special shoutout to Big Dill Marketing & Promo for getting our brand-new custom polos done just in time for today’s event, we’re officially feeling a little fancier out here!
