Client project: installed a window in a previously blank wall. Temporary support, built & installed new header and framing. Replaced drywall. Had to replace the exterior sheathing and insulation due to rotted wood from ground and deck ledger water pe*******on. Removed and reinstalled (with adjustments) the existing siding. Relocated electrical outlet. Installed custom interior windows trim. Also removed deck ledger to repair additional rotted sheathing and installed flashing.

Client project: New concrete paver pathway (over 100 lf at 3' wide) with plantings and mulch. Long overdue. No more walking in mud.
