Downcountry Grill We are a diner and fast casual restaurant connected to Hope Health at 360 N. Irby Street.

We serve breakfast and lunch Mon-Fri and are open to the public as well as Hope Health Employees!

🌮 2 Breakfast Tacos — chorizo sausage, tater tots, cheese, and scrambled eggs

Lunch Specials:

Monday
🍝 Spaghetti with ground beef in marinara sauce, served with green beans and garlic toast

Tuesday
🌮 3 Chicken Tinga Tacos topped with cilantro and cotija cheese

Wednesday
🍕 Flatbread with spicy Italian sausage, peppers & onions, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese

Thursday
🍗 Open-faced Chicken Cordon Bleu served with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes with brown gravy

Friday
🥪 Fried green tomato, bacon, and pimento grilled cheese sandwich with one side

Wednesday
🍗 BBQ Chicken Bacon Flatbread — fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce.

Thursday
🔥 Three fried chicken wings drizzled with honey sriracha. Served with mac-n-cheese and mixed greens.

Friday
🥪 Chopped Cheese Sandwich — ground beef, American & Swiss cheese, diced onions, lettuce, and tomato on a hoagie roll. Served with one side.
