Welcome to The Roost, a small family-owned business in Floral City, FL, specializing in delicious grilled pretzels with a unique hickory smoke flavor. Owned by Joey and Candi Morales, along with their three wonderful children, The Roost is all about family, flavor, and community. Joey’s passion for grilled pretzels began as a child when he had his first one at a baseball game in NYC with his dad and grandfather. Now, he’s bringing that unforgettable experience to life with his own special recipe. Whether we’re in the cafe, traveling to events, or packing Party Boxes and Brooder Box Packages, The Roost is here to make every bite memorable. Established in May 2024, we’re proud to share our love of pretzels with our amazing community. 🥨✨

Its time for us to rest up and recharge. The best getaways are most times right in your own backyard. Candi and I are spending a night at SaltBreeze Resort on Halls River Rd here in Homosassa, and we're resting our wings in their A frame model. Modern, comfortable, and steps from the river, with views that make you forget your phone exists. It's a reminder of how good we have it here in Homosassa. If you haven't explored what's on our own river, do it.

Its abput dinner time, so now we're deciding which of our local restaraunts we're going to visit tonight.
The grilled pretzels, those resume on Wednesday morning.

Thanks for visiting us in Homosassa all the way from Zephyrhills! An old work buddy of mine and her husband were in town enjoying some off-roading in their Jeep and made a pit stop at The Roost. We love it when a little trail adventure brings folks our way!

She went with our Sizzle Wrap, he grabbed a Classic Breakfast Sandwich, and they topped it all off with some fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. Now that's how you refuel after hitting the trails!

Whether you're out exploring the trails, cruising around in your Jeep, or just looking for a good breakfast and a fun place to hang out, we've got a seat waiting for you.

So next time you're in Homosassa, swing on by! We've got the pretzels on the grill, the coffee brewing, and the cookies coming out of the oven.

The Hoosier Pork Sandwich is officially a keeper at The Roost.

That hand-breaded pork tenderloin, breaded in crispy corn flakes and topped with mustard, onions and pickles, must be doing something right because y’all keep coming back for it.

So we're keeping it around.
