A little late posting this because, of course, I forgot to take pictures!

A big THANK YOU to the team at Angelotti’s Pizza for coming by to visit us at The Roost! ❤️ We truly appreciate you taking the time to stop in and support another small, local business.

That’s what we love about our little community — small businesses supporting small businesses, cheering each other on, and sharing the love. It really does mean a lot!

A change to our schedule:

Starting this week, we’re making a small change to our hours.

Wednesday–Saturday: 8:30am–3pm
Sunday: 8:30am–2pm
Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED

We’re going to use Tuesdays to give us some much-needed time to work on and finish open projects at the Roost before fall arrives. There are a lot of things we’ve been trying to squeeze in while we’re open, and we need the time to get them done.

This is a temporary change, for now. We’re excited to have a little more time to work on much needed projects and keep us moving forward!

Come in on Wednesday for our Roost Rescue Wednesday where we do the cooking so you don't have to. And the best part select meals are only $7!!

This right here... this is why we do what we do.

This morning, a family visiting on vacation from a few counties away stopped into The Roost for breakfast. While Mom and Dad enjoyed their meal, one of their kiddos got busy creating their own masterpiece.

We found it while cleaning the table, and honestly... we couldn't bring ourselves to throw it away. So now it's officially hanging on our wall.

We may serve breakfast and lunch, but moments like this are what really fill our hearts. Knowing a child had such a great time that they wanted to draw chickens, hearts, and write "The Roost" is about the best review we could ask for.

To the family who visited this morning—if you happen to see this, thank you for making our day. Your little artist has earned a permanent spot on our wall. 💙

We hope to see you all again on your next adventure.

We'll be working double duty today!

Cafe is open and we will also have a crew set up
At the 3rd Annual Stuff the Bus!!

They'll be there from 10a-1pm serving up delicious pretzels, plattersn grilled corn and some other goodies!
This is a community event to collect school supplies for Citrus Students.
