We decided to pop in to Mint on Fenton and Hill for lunch. It was super delicious. Everything on the buffet was fresh and absolutely scrumptious. I think the lunch buffet is the way to go when trying out new foods. They have an extensive dinner menu also. The decor... eh, I think they are still working on it since it's a new restaurant. But the food... oh the food!

Gotta give it to Aubrees. Tater Tot Nachos with chorizo and Frito's? The slaw burger and bacon, avacado and tomato sandwich with sides of sweet potato fries and bacon Brussel sprouts was equally, well nearly as delicious. It was a good day.

You can find this gem at Crust in the Flint Farmers Market. Super soft flakes donut filled with raspberry jelly dipped in this amazingly decadent peanut butter frosting/glaze. It might even weigh about 2 lbs, lol. It's one of those gotta have it things.

Nothing beats a Luigis Pizza. Crisp crust, fresh mozzarella. One of a kind.
