Bacon piled high on rustic sourdough, fresh sliced tomatoes, crisp romaine lettuce, black pepper aioli, and a side of our Amazing Naked Shoestring Fries.

UPDATE: The golf cart has been found! 👏

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who commented, shared this post, and sent us information. We truly appreciate this community and all the support that came in so quickly.

🚨 Missing Golf Cart 🚨

One of our white golf carts went missing from Elk Valley Resort sometime last night or early this morning. It looks similar to the cart shown in the photo.

If anyone has seen it, noticed anything suspicious, or may have security footage from the area, please contact us at 208-653-2111 or reach out to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.

We’ll be OPEN Monday 5/25 and serving up mountain views, sunshine, golf, pickleball, cold drinks, and great food all day long.

THANK YOU FOR AN INCREDIBLE GRAND OPENING WEEKEND 💚

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the Grand Opening of Elk Valley Resort. From golf rounds and pickleball matches to drinks and food at The Lodge and RV stays under the Idaho sky, seeing the community come together made this weekend incredibly special.

We’re beyond grateful for the support, excitement, patience, and encouragement as we officially opened our doors. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to continue building memories with all of you here at EVR.

The wait is over. Elk Valley Resort is now open and ready for golf, food, drinks, pickleball, RV stays, and mountain memories. ⛰️🏌️🍔

📅 Please Note: The Lodge, Pro Shop, Golf Course, and Pickleball Courts are closed Mondays & Tuesdays. The RV Park remains open for guests during that time.
