We have some exciting news to share!

Connor and Twistology Pretzels will be part of the Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase November 20 & 21 at Scheels Arena in Fargo!

Being part of this event is a meaningful milestone for Connor and his little business. He’s worked hard to grow Twistology, and it’s exciting to see his big idea continue to open new doors.

If you’re looking to get a head start on holiday shopping, come support North Dakota makers, discover some unique local products, and stock up on your favorite Twistology flavors (and perhaps some special holiday themed pretzels!)

Admission is FREE, and there will be plenty of great North Dakota-made products to explore.

A little pretzel love on the soccer field!

Connor’s Twistology Pretzels were included in the Fire Up Bags for the Sheyenne Mustangs C Squad Soccer Tournament, and we couldn’t be more excited! A big thank-you to the parents who purchased pretzels to include in the bags and helped support Connor’s small business!

One of the best parts? Seeing kids enjoy his pretzels between games, even when they were playing against him! Who knew your opponents could also be your customers?

Turns out, we can all be friends over pretzels!

That’s a wrap on our 2026 outdoor vendor season! 🥨

We couldn’t have asked for a better day at the Arthur Market Finale. We lucked out with beautiful fall weather, no rain, and the perfect day to close out the season.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Twistology booth, supported Connor’s small business, and helped make this season so special. We’re already looking forward to what’s next!

One more outdoor market for the 2026 season!

Connor and Twistology Pretzels are heading to the Arthur Market Finale on Saturday, October 3. He's working hard to have all seven of his seasoned hard pretzel flavors ready to go, hopefully he will have them all baked in time! Come and stock up and enjoy one of the last outdoor markets of the season.

Connor is SO excited to be featured in the Fall 2026 issue of Edible North Dakota as part of a special feature highlighting young entrepreneurs from across North Dakota.

Edible North Dakota is a locally owned magazine celebrating the people, places and food culture that make North Dakota special. They share stories about farmers, ranchers, chefs, makers and small businesses across the state. We’re so grateful to be included among the young entrepreneurs featured in this issue.

A huge thank you to Billie Lentz and the Edible North Dakota team for giving Connor this opportunity and for shining a light on young entrepreneurs across our state. It means so much to his little business.

How it started vs. how it’s going.

A little throwback to July 2025, when Connor was selling homemade chocolate chip cookies on the side of the road with a handmade sign.

Yep, before Twistology Pretzels, there were cookies. Many of you probably don’t know that this is where it all started.

Just over a year later, it’s pretty amazing to look back and see how far that little idea has come. From roadside cookies to markets, pop-ups, seven flavors of pretzels, and sold-out events.

The booth looks a little different now, but the kid with the big idea is still the same.

Wow! You guys showed up!

Connor sold out of all 7 flavors of Twistology Pretzels in just 3 hours at the Island Park Show — halfway through a 6-hour event!

We’re so thankful to everyone who stopped by, grabbed some pretzels and supported Connor and his small business. What an incredible day!

Because of today’s sellout, we will NOT be at Mapleton Days on September 12. It’s too tight of a timeline to bake all of his stock back up and we want to give Connor some time to focus on school, soccer and, most importantly, just being a kid!

You can find him next on October 3 at the Arthur Market. We’ll see you there!

TODAY’S THE DAY!

Come see us at the Island Park Show today from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.!

We’re so excited, and truly honored, that Connor and Twistology Pretzels were chosen to be part of this event. Connor will be at Booth M1 on the west side of the park, nearest the pool, alongside the other Mini Makers.

He’ll have all 7 flavors of Twistology Pretzels available today, so come find your favorite!

The Mini Makers have worked so hard to prepare for today, and we’d love for you to come support Connor and these other young entrepreneurs. While you’re here, be sure to explore the rest of the park and support all of the talented artists, makers and vendors taking part in the show.

Introducing the newest member of Pride of Dakota: Twistology Pretzels!

Connor’s pretzels are officially part of this incredible organization that celebrates products made right here in North Dakota.

What started with one young entrepreneur, a lot of big ideas and some seriously big flavor is now joining more than 500 local businesses that make our state proud.

We are so excited for this next chapter for Twistology Pretzels. Big Flavor. Small Boss. Proudly North Dakota.
