Back from fishing! Just in time for the weekend :) It was super cold in the river yesterday morning but by mid day it was absolutely gorgeous weather! It is always fun to hang out with the Odom staff for the day and other Fairbanks and Anchorage restauranteurs.

We have tons of wood fired pizzas and some mushroom caps for you today. We will making Detroit's this weekend. A large batch.

Randy is flying to the Kenai for an overnight fishing trip. Thank you again Coca Cola of Alaska. This trip is a great part of my year and I appreciate it a lot.

So I heard there was snow in Healy and Fox and I am hoping I dreamt that.... I am not ready yet.

We have a limited amount of 10x14 Detroit's and a ton of Wood Fired pizzas ready for you today.

We are still training a new person on Prep, as soon as we can we will get them taught up on Gluten Free. We are very sorry about the delay there but we need to give them time to learn so many recipes.

What a week!

Super slow in sales but busy training new people. For some reason having extra hands on deck always coincides with a drop in sales. Not sure why, but it almost always works that way. They are learning fast though. Which is amazingly nice.

The biggest bummer about having good staff, is having nothing for them to do. We have wood fired crusts, Detroit 6x6 and 10x14 and mushroom caps. We should have Gluten Free again tomorrow. We had our Walk In fridge fail and shuffling things, left no room for Gluten Free to live. We have to store regular dough first, that is after all our bread and butter. We should have a short term solution by tomorrow. Our Walk In on the other hand... We have to sell thousands of pizzas to be able to cover the expense of fixing it. Literally thousands.

I have been very infrequent on posting lately. Sorry about that. I am just going through a spell, short staffed, short sleeped and over extended lol

We are still looking for a Night Register Person. If you know anyone looking for work between 445 and 11 PM, please have them send a resume to [email protected]. There is a 401k with matching, $16/hr plus tips and a clear defined path to making up to $21/hr if you have the desire to learn.

Parbakes and Slices do not seem to be moving well at the moment.

Slices - I think people are eating out at lunch less often due to everyone being spread so thin financially right now.

Parbakes - I am not sure, I have not gotten a lot of feedback on them. Most has been from Daniel ;) Thanks Daniel lol

We have A LOT of Detroits and Wood Fired Pizza for you if you are hungry!

Friday is here! Who is looking for pizza today? We get really busy at night, but the trick is, call your order in and schedule it. We will have it ready almost always at the time you ask for.

We have wood fired thins, Detroit 6x6 and 10x14, Mushroom Caps and I believe Gluten Free :)

Look at this great thing that happened this week! Thank you to all the people involved in making this happen. We appreciate it a lot! It was a very nice thing to experience :)

Today I am going to point at people that ORDER on DoorDash and Uber. Yes, you lol. This one is tongue in cheek but also has some facts in it :)

When we mark something as out of stock (I will say a Bogan as an example), please do not order a Chicken Bacon and put in the comments "Make it a Bogan". We marked it out because we cannot make it lol. This happens at least twice a week.

When you order something like a 14" pizza or a Detroit and Gluten Free is not an option. Just putting in the comments "Make it Gluten Free" will not work :( We only offer Gluten Free in 10" wood fired pizza sizes.

In both of these scenarios you will be unhappy with us. We cannot make something we do not have and just because you wish we offered something, that doesn't mean we can make it sadly.

We still love you guys and love feeding you, even when it can be hard to do lol
