Backdraft Grill & Bar Service Backdraft Grill & Bar is a charity run food trailer and pop up bar service. Backdraft Grill and Bar is a pop-up food truck and bar service for events.

We are a 501C3 charity based concept that has access to temporary bar permits to help raise funds for our charity. The food trailer is also available for events. Proceeds raised help go by going back to our community through our local community programs.
