🎉 SHE DID IT!! 🎉
Sofia officially survived her first FULL week running Coffee Stop all by herself! ☕️🤎 And we couldn’t be more proud of her!
Running a little coffee shop may look easy from the outside, but there’s a whole lot that goes into it... early mornings, making drinks, taking orders, keeping everything stocked and moving, remembering everyone’s favorites, and doing it all with a smile. And this week, she did it.
To everyone who came through the doors this week — THANK YOU. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, your encouraging words, your laughs, your smiles, and for reminding her that she’s doing a great job. Thank you for trusting her, supporting her, and cheering her on while she learns and grows.
One of our favorite things about Coffee Stop has always been the people who walk through those doors, and this week was such a good reminder of just how lucky we are to have the community we do. 🥹
And to our Sofia... we are SO proud of you. Watching you step up, take responsibility, figure things out on your own, and make Coffee Stop your own has been pretty special. You did it, babe! ❤️

Sof has been working on a brand-new drink, and we’re excited to introduce her Mexican Hot Chocolate Latte! 🤎
Made with a piece of Mexican hot chocolate bar, sweetened condensed milk, a dash of brown sugar, and topped with our homemade cold foam and cinnamon. 😍 Rich, creamy, cozy, and the perfect little taste of fall. Available TOMORROW!!
So not only did our girl survive her first full week on her own… she created a new latte while she was at it!
