What do a couple of cousins that love to travel do to have fun? We are thrilled to have you join us and follow our many travel adventures and the general day to day happenings in our lives as moms and cousins. The first thing you should know, if you haven't already read ABOUT US is that we live 3000 miles apart! But because of technology, namely cell phones, we are in constant contact every day.
aside from our kids, daily activities, relationship issues, general complaining and silliness, a great deal of our communication is centered around the topic of travel. And that includes every aspect including, but not limited to: where we want to go, when we want to go, travel itineraries, dates and times, accommodations, sights, scenery and special tidbits, car rentals, rail information and schedules, flight and airline information and fares, travel routes and driving directions, special rates, discounts, coupons, cash back, seasonal considerations, reviews, travel sites and Internet resources, travel books, restaurant guides, menus - both general and vegetarian/vegan and food, food, food! We text message and email each other anything and everything from links to covers of books to travel videos and more related to trips we are doing together and those separate. Well this is a blog, so anything goes! We will be sharing anything and everything from our travels past, present and future as well as our everyday lives and the whole cast of cousins characters!!!! We are both great documenters, so no detail will be left out of our postings! We also look forward to sharing the mishaps, learning experiences and reviews of various places, both from a seasoned traveler's perspective and from that of our combined 5 kids. We will also invite you into the day to day planning of our future trips!
