Smooth vanilla and naturally sweet rooibos come together in a blend that feels warm, comforting, and just a little indulgent. It's the kind of tea I reach for when I want something cozy after dinner or when I'm craving a sweet treat without the sugar.

And now, it's available in our convenient pyramid sachets. (Still available in loose leaf too).

Spoiler ... it's Green! Although we know tea overall has many great benefits.

"...several long-term studies link regularly drinking green tea with a lower risk of cognitive decline, and “its natural compounds may help protect brain cells as we age,”

Note: Research would have to be conducted on each individual to support this claim widely.

One popular tea stands out for supporting brain health, thanks to its unique nutrient profile. Here’s why green tea helps support focus, memory, and cognitive reserves.

EUGENE TEA FESTIVAL THIS SUNDAY MAY 31st!!

Don't forget if you are in the area to come out and join us at the Eugene Tea Festival.

4 Tips for a Great Festival Experience

Bring Your Own Tote Bag
To reduce waste and keep festival admission free, we will not be providing shopping bags. Bring your favorite reusable tote or backpack to carry all your tea and teaware hauls!

Pace Your Sips
Free compostable cups are provided at registration. Want a keepsake? There will be commemorative porcelain tasting cups for purchase for $10 (while supplies last). Vendors pour sip-sized samples so you can try a bit of everything without getting tea-ed out.
Note: It is possible to over-caffeinate! We will have a First Aid tent onsite. If you begin to feel unwell or shaky at any point, please visit our medical staff.

Come Hungry!
Food vendors will be on-site serving up delicious meals throughout the day so you can sustain your energy and safely soak up all that wonderful tea.

Embrace the Community Flow
The plaza gets wonderfully bustling! Keep calm, drink tea, and treat fellow attendees, vendors, and volunteers with kindness, patience, and respect to keep the environment welcoming for everyone.

We hope to see you there!

I am in Mississippi spending time with Jason and Timmy from The Great Mississippi Tea Company.

Traveling into their part of the area is like entering a scene from a disaster movie. It’s hard to believe until you are right there.

We will share some videos from our journey here in the next week. Fortunately, the tea plants are ok but their harvest season has been impacted.

I am here sharing supportive hugs and helping out where I can with repairs.

We will share more soon.

From markets to Mississippi we are checking in for a few days at The Great Mississippi Tea Company to see if we can lend a hand in the Tornado clean up.

Tea friends make great friends! So happy to have Angela of Oregon Tea Traders visit us to help us for a few days!

This herbal tea has earned a regular spot in my cup especially when my throat feels a little scratchy or I just want something warm and comforting.

Made with sweet organic licorice root that has a flavor that lingers. While the cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, star anise, and clove bring warmth and depth.

It is a tea I really enjoy and often in the evenings.

If you’ve never tried Licorice Spice tea before, it is one that I would recommend for your cup.
