If you had to choose something to get for breakfast, would you lean towards…

Breakfast burrito

Breakfast bagel

Or Breakfast croissant…

If all three of these were a bacon, egg and cheese, which one would you choose?

Debating if I should add bagels to the new menu, not just breakfast ones, but also vegan style maybe even like a pizza one for kids, but with that other bagel place, not lasting long and Enid I don’t know if I should add them or not..

I got a new lot! Just a short distance from where we currently are.
I have had so much uncertainty in our first few months! More than our share of ups and downs. But the support of the community has been overwhelming. I feel so BLESSED!
Through all the trials and errors, I have been able to dial in my recipes, see what worked and what didn’t work. The biggest piece of the puzzle was where am I going to build my business? On my new lot I will be able to run both Enid Gift Fairy and Make My Day Cafe. Get my first employees, build my vision I have been working so hard towards these last 4 years. Bear with me as I try to accomplish my goals! I’m winging it on a hope and a prayer. One dollar at a time. Some hard work in front of me as I build a lot into my vision. Here is a rendering of what I hope to have.
